About
I have first degrees (BA Hons) in Psychology and Sociology, Masters Degree in Business Administration, Post Graduate Diploma in Criminology and a Post Graduate Certificate in Teaching Further and Higher Education. I taught undergraduates, mainly Sociology and Criminology for 25 years and was a National Examination setter and verifier for A Levels and Highers, an External Verifier and Consultant for National Examining Organisation in Scotland. For the last six years I have worked as a Trainer and Project Manager for InterCultural Iceland. I have worked on a range of European projects with both InterCultural Iceland and with Angus College in Scotland.
Current work and research interests
My current working interests are in Intercultural Education and Anti-Racist Education. The focus for this is in delivering training and research. Additionally involvement in a range of European Projects with InterCultural Iceland.
